Desmond began his career in marine service line in Wartsila in 2008. His past experience with Wartsila brings a remarkable breadth of experience and excellence to his work. By emphasising quality and efficiency, Desmond leads the team to strive for achieving excellence in each of the key services.

Syed Syful joined the company in 2016 and has over 20 years of hands-on experience in marine engineering. Since 2002, he worked at Wartsila, gaining extensive expertise in diesel technologies, maintenance, and engine performance. Known for his technical excellence and reliability, Syful is dedicated to keeping ships running safely and efficiently.

Azizi is a highly experienced marine engineering professional with nearly 40 years of expertise in ship operations, engine maintenance, technical management, and leadership. He began his career with MISC Berhad in 1986, progressing to 2nd Engineer with 12 years of sea-going experience and a 2nd Class Certificate of Competency. He later served 16 years as Branch Manager with Wartsila Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and 3 years with Wartsila Indonesia in the 2-Stroke Engine Development & Servicing Department, supporting ship engine systems. Since joining the company in 2019, he has led the in-house workshop team, overseeing servicing and quality control of components, and serving as a technical reference for workshop operations.

Aidil specializes in leading complex engine overhauls and ensures that all refurbished components meet strict quality standards before reinstallation. His expertise guarantees reliable performance and long-term operational efficiency for clients.

Ashraf joined the team in 2020 and specializes in troubleshooting and diagnostics for marine diesel systems. His expertise ensures reliable solutions that help clients minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

Bahtiar started his career in marine service line in 2011. With in-depth knowledge of the various marine engine brands, along with highly experience in handling the equipment, he brings to the team the great ability to competently repair and maintain major brands of marine engine.

Faizal brings extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of diesel engine systems. He provides on-site support to vessel operators and offshore clients, ensuring reliable and timely service delivery.

Syahrul joined the company in 2021 and supports the management of the in-house workshop team. He also oversees quality control for serviced components, ensuring that all work meets the company’s high standards of excellence.

Fairuz is responsible for engine servicing with a strong emphasis on preventive maintenance. His expertise helps clients maintain reliable vessel operations, reducing the risk of unexpected downtime and ensuring long-term efficiency.

Syazwan assists in preparing tools and parts for repair jobs and supports the team during service operations. His reliability and teamwork contribute to smooth and timely repair operations.

Husni ensures that all spare parts and tools are properly stocked and delivered to technicians efficiently. His role supports seamless operations and timely service delivery across all projects.

Jessie manages the sourcing and procurement of spare parts and equipment, ensuring the availability of high-quality components for the team. Her role is essential in supporting timely project execution and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Sarah supports our sales team by managing orders and quotations while keeping customer needs a top priority. She’s dedicated to ensuring every client receives prompt and reliable service.

Nicole manages key client accounts by maintaining strong relationships and understanding customer requirements in diesel engine service, repair, and maintenance projects. She ensures effective coordination between clients and internal teams to deliver timely and reliable service support.

Jelai joined the company in 2022 and currently serves as a Service Engineer, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diesel engines. He has extensive industry experience, having worked as a Technician with Wartsila Singapore Pte Ltd (2012–2017) and later as a Supervisor with Senda-Index Marine Enterprise Pte Ltd (2018–2021). His strong technical background and hands-on expertise contribute to reliable service delivery and efficient project execution.

Responsible for leading workshop activities related to diesel engine repair and maintenance. Experienced in dismantling and assembling engine components and carrying out a variety of workshop tasks. Provides guidance and supervision to new fitters and technicians to ensure efficient and well-organized operations.

Haryati oversees human resource and administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee engagement, training and development, and people and culture initiatives. Her dedication to fostering a supportive work environment and enhancing organizational effectiveness helps drive employee success and operational excellence.

Jeslyn joined the company in 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance functions of the company. Her key responsibilities include managing the full set of accounts, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow and ensuring timely financial closing. She also ensures that the companies comply with all applicable statutory requirements, accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements. In addition, she works closely with management to support financial planning, improve internal controls, and enhance the overall efficiency of the finance operations.

Syed Radzman joined the company as an Assistant Engineer and has been promoted to Service Engineer in recognition of his skills and performance. He leads service teams in the inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diesel engines, and prepares service reports to ensure proper documentation and client communication.

Since joining the company in 2023, Yazid has built extensive hands-on experience in the service, repair, maintenance, and overhaul of diesel engines. His technical expertise and dedication to quality contribute to reliable engine performance and the successful delivery of service projects.
