Renew Wartsila 32 camshaft drive gear bush for one of Sapura finest vessel during her port stay in Johor Port.

Rebuilding DG no.1 for container vessel. Engine block and crankshaft were renewed. Engine was tested successfully to owner satisfication.

Main engine for dredger vessel was experienced crank pin failure. Attend vessel for crank pin condition evaluation. Hardness was found in high range. Multiple hair crack were on crank pin surface.

Owner request for confirmation of timing gear setting after major overhaul conduct by in house contractor. Done valve clearance adjustments and Fuel injector travelling setting. Engine was successfully tested with load to owner sanctification.

Rebuilding DG no.3 with new bed plate and crankshaft. Work successfully completed within 6 days. Engine running in was done successfully and tested to owner sanctification.

Unit overhaul and piston crown renewal for on of Yang Ming container vessel.

48Khrs Major overhaul for Wartsila 8L20 for one of Sapura finest vessel. All 4 unit Main Engine were overhaul during her lay off time at Johor Port. Job was completed within 40 days. All major components have been bring back to MDC workshop for overhaul.

In-situ Overhaul Cummins NTA855

Remove and refit Main Engine MAN B&W 5S60MC Fuel Pump and carry out workshop overhaul.

In-situ Voyage Overhaul Cummins KTA19

Remove and refit Main Engine MAN B&W 7S70MC Fuel Pump from vessel and carry out workshop overhaul.
